At Job Plus, we are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our users and strive to provide a safe user experience.

The following terms and conditions apply to all Job Seekers, Employers, and other users who access or use the application, or otherwise indicate their acceptance to this Agreement.

FOR JOB SEEKERS

If you decide to post your resume on Job Plus, the information you provide in your resume submission, along with your name and contact information you provide in your Job Plus registration, will be accessible to employers only if you applied to that employer's job ad, recruiters and employers can not enter the database without your permission to view. Therefore, you should carefully consider what information you provide in your resume submission.  
Job Plus is not responsible for employers, recruiters who re-disclose your resume information to 3rd parties without Job Plus’s knowledge or permission.


FOR EMPLOYERS

By posting a job ad to JobPlus, you agree that JobPlus is not obligated to accept, host or post the job ad.
The information you provide in your job postings, including the contact information you choose to include, will be viewable by anyone who uses the Job Plus application.


USER INFORMATION

When you register with Job Plus, you will be asked to create an Account and provide with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address، a valid cellphone number, and other contact information if necessary.
You may review, correct, update or change your JobPlus account at any time. You can also choose not to receive newsletters and some other information from JobPlus.
You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information, and JobPlus shall not be taking charge of unauthorized access to your account, use of it, or change of registration data or your content.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.


INFORMATION COLLECTION

We will collect some information about you and your use of our application. This information includes:

Personal information, including your name, personal address, email address, phone number, contact information, and other information that can identify you.
Demographic information such as your postal code, preferences, gender, and interests.
Technical information, such as the your education, your job interests, your experience, your skills, and other technical information.
The information we collect, whether personal, demographic, or technical, to improve our services and enhance positive user experience as well as providing you with our products and services. For example, we use this information for:

- Check your subscription.
- Send confirmation.
- Evaluate your needs.
- Display the content based on your interests.
- Enable you to post your CV, search for jobs, and communicate with employers.


DISCLOSURE OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO OTHERS

At Job plus we do not disclose your personal information to third parties, personal or personal demographic information or information about your use of our application, except as described below:

We disclose information to third parties if you agree to the disclosure of such information.

We will use the data we have about you (such as the interests and preferences you have expressed) to determine whether you are interested in the opportunities, products, or services of a particular partner.

We disclose information to companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Such as hosting web servers, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, and providing customer service.

These companies and individuals will be able to access your personal information when necessary to perform their functions but may not share such information with any third party.

We disclose the information if it is legally required to do so, if requested by a Government entity or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to

(a) comply with legal requirements or comply with legal processes;

(b) protect our rights, property or subsidiaries;

 (C) Prevent crime or protect national security;

 (d) Protect the personal safety of users or the public.

Security

The security of your personal information is very important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) into an application form, we encrypt the transmission of that information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

PROHIBITED USES

You shall not and shall not authorize any party to generate invalid applies or clicks or advertise anything illegal or engage in any illegal or fraudulent business practice. You represent that all your information is correct and current; you hold and grant Job Plus all rights to copy, distribute and display; Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of your account without notice, and may subject you to legal penalties and consequences.

THE APPLICABLE LAW

Saudi law governs these terms of use, subject matter, and composition (and any non-contractual disputes or claims). We both agree that the courts of Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction.

COMMENT AND END

At our absolute discretion, it will be determined whether there is a breach of these terms while you use our application. In violation of these conditions, we will take the action we deem appropriate:

Immediate, temporary, or permanent suspension of your right to use Job Plus.
Immediate, temporary, or permanent deletion of any of the posts or materials you upload to our application.
Issuing a warning to you.
To carry out legal proceedings against you to bear all costs of compensation (including, but not limited to administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
Take additional legal action against you.
Disclosure of information to the responsible judicial authorities that we believe is necessary.


We disclaim our responsibility for the procedures followed because of breaches of the terms of use. They do not limit these procedures to what it states under the terms, but we may take any further action that we deem appropriate within the acceptable limits.

VIRUSES

We do not sure if Job Plus will be safe or free of errors or viruses.

You are responsible for adjusting your technological information.
Misuse of our application is intentionally prohibited from entering all types of viruses without exception, and unauthorized access, or database related to our application.
In the event of such violations, you will be denied the right to use our application immediately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We own all the intellectual property rights of our application, and all the material published in is protected by copyright laws, and all these rights are reserved.

By using our application, you accept all these rules and conditions.
You do not have the right to use any part of our content for commercial purposes without permission to do it from Job Plus or our representatives.
If you print, copy or download any part of our application, your right to use job Plus will be suspended.


LIABILITY

Business owners submit job postings to Job Plus for consideration in its job database, and Job Plus's team researches job listings for consideration to be added to its job database. In either case, every job will be reviewed to ensure it meets the quality and relevancy criteria. Job Plus reserves the right to reject job postings in our sole discretion. Additionally, Job Plus is used by candidates to post Resume Profiles to apply for jobs. Job Plus is not to be considered an Employer, a headhunter, a staffing agency, or in any similar capacity with respect to the use of our application or the services we provide. While we take extensive efforts to screen and censor the listings offered in the interest of preventing scams, abuse, and/or illegal activity, we are not responsible for the actual interactions or negotiations between potential Employers and candidates, nor for confirming or controlling the quality, accuracy, or legality of the information provided by Users (which include candidates and Employers) on the Application.
Because User authentication on the Internet is difficult, Job Plus cannot and does not confirm that each User is who they claim to be.

Job Plus makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness of any content.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content, and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by you on Job Plus.
employers are solely responsible for their postings on Job Plus.
Job Plus shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any company posting jobs on the Job Plus application.


LIMITATION AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY 

in no event shall Job Plus, its suppliers, or any other Job Plus affiliated third parties be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use Job Plus content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Job Plus is advised of the possibility of such damages.

RESTRICTIONS

Job Plus specifically prohibits any other use of Job Plus, and all Users agree not to do any of the following:

-  Use any Job Plus Resume Database for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees or freelancers.

- Post or submit to Job Plus any incomplete, false, or inaccurate biographical or organizational information or information which is not your own.

- Delete or revise any material posted by any other person.

- Aggregate, copy, or duplicate in any manner any of the information available from Job Plus, without express wrote consent from Job Plus.

- Post jobs or content that contain hyperlinks, "hidden" keywords, or keywords that are irrelevant to the job or are otherwise misleading.

- The profile and resume database and other features of Job Plus may be used only for lawful purposes by employers seeking employees or individuals to network for professional purposes with other individuals.

- Job Plus does not necessarily monitor materials posted, transmitted, or communicated to or within the application.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 17 years of age or older, or the age of majority as that is defined in your jurisdiction, whichever is older, to visit or use Job Plus in any manner. By visiting and continuing to use Job Plus, you represent and warrant to Job Plus that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms. You also represent and warrant to Job Plus that you will use Job Plus in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

CHANGES

If we decide to change our terms of use at Job Plus, we will post those changes through a prominent notice on the application so that you can always know what information we collect and how we can use that information.
